'The survey covered 48 percent areas of Royal Belum and during 9 - 17 July 2007 the eleven groups of survey had not found any sign of rhino. The groups only found an old wallow that had never been used for at least five years.' By Krishna Ramanujan Born in captivity, Andalas, a Sumatran rhinoceros, is so comfortable in his metal crate that his handlers do not plan to tranquilize the rare animal when they truck and fly him from the Los Angeles Zoo to the Sumatran Rhino Sanctuary in Indonesia on Feb. 18.
